Private Aphrodisias-Pamukkale Tour

The Full Day Private Tour includes:

Visit Aphodisias this well preserved ancient
greco-roman city which is dedicated to the Goddess of Love, "Aphrodite". This city was a famous school of sculpture and hence became a center of art in its time. It also has the most well preserved stadium in Anatolia with a 30,000 seating capacity.
Lunch break on the way ( extra ) and then we will drive to Pamukkale,

Visit Pamukkale, the center of natural thermal springs possessing natural healing properties. Due to the chemical properties in the water, pure white colored travertines and stepped water terraces have been created down the mountain slope. It is because of its resemblence to cotton piles that it is called "Cotton Castle" in Turkish. Visit the travertines and the Ancient City of Hierapolis which has the biggest Nekropol with 1200 gravestones in Anatolia. The sacred pool is also one of the highlights of the site as its shallow thermal waters display a wonderful scattering of ancient roman ruins which lie beneath.

Special notes: Aphrodisias and Pamukkale requires walking long distances over uneven surfaces.
